Matt Fuller is the chef, owner, and operator of Central Park Fusion Cuisine. After graduating from Henderson State
University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, Matt spent 10+ years working as a systems engineer for large financial institutions,
IT companies, and insurance companies. After a decade of sitting in cubicles he decided to make a radical career change
trading in his computer for a set of chef knives.

culinary school Matt graduated summa cum laude. Following graduation he took a position as a private yacht chef based
out of Boca Raton, Florida. As a private yacht chef, Matt had the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the Bahamas,
Florida Keys, Baleric Islands off the southern coast of Spain, and while working on a cruise ship experience the Hawaiian
Islands and culture.
In 2007 Matt retired his sea legs and was part of the opening team for two new resort hotels in Fort Lauderdale,
Florida: the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort and the ultra-luxurious St. Regis Resort.
